  "Wakulla County has benefited greatly from the commercial paper program. Entering the program was easy and the borrowing process was quick. We borrowed $30,000,000 to cashflow a number of large reimbursable capital improvement grants. The low interest and flexible payment schedule have been very helpful in an environment where you aren’t certain of when your grant reimbursements will be received. The customer service and prompt responses are wonderful. I highly recommend the program!"
